RUBI first met the demand for local and corporate governance in Johannesburg, the leading industrial and commercial city in Africa. So successful was the system that it quickly spread into large international banking and corporate institutions with its ability to monitor, reduce and handle operational risk. Recent applications include city government, municipal and regional institutions, the postal services, and other large and medium sized businesses.
Guideline’s system links enterprise-wide risk management and its reporting with operational information on a continuous basis providing a living risk model with many more benefits than those derived from traditional risk management.
